Our Angus beef are born and raised locally in Middletown, CA. They are pasture-raised and are fed only grass and hay before finishing on clean hay and grain, resulting in meat full of flavor and healthier for you than conventionally-raised feedlot beef. These animals receive no supplemental growth hormones, steroids or other additives in their feed.

Studies show that grass-fed beef contains more nutrients per calorie than regular beef, and contains less saturated fat. Animals raised on natural forage rather than food concentrates contain higher levels of Vitamins A and E and increased levels of omega-3 and CLA, all substances shown to have favorable effects on human health, such as better resistance to heart disease and cancer.
